Horrible app. For a company that makes millions of euros, it's shameful the how frustratingly bad this app is. Convoluted options, non user friendly interface, contracts don't load, kicks you out when hitting back button, crashes, can't easily cancel or change tarrifs, can't download or view contracts. (Yes this app is updated and running on a capable device). Can't wait to change provider.

I have a Spanish mobile subscription, I tried to register. Did everything asked, then they sent me an email to verify. I opened the link it just says account activation, no further details. I tried to log in and it says I don't exist, I repeated the tasks, same issue again. I went to their website and it looks to have some type of bug, keeps on reloading again and again. If they can't keep their app and website attached I have a bad feeling about their meters.
