DONT EVER CONTRACT WITH THEM. IF YOU PLAN ON CHANGING, THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE AND WILL IGNORE ANY OF YOUR REQUESTS. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Many places in app don't load properly. Communication is unclear. Information not up to date. Update: Removing the one remaining star.

Worse app ever! It crashes all the time, and every time I try to click on any option, it works extremely slowly! Also, I'm trying to pay my last bill, and the app doesn't let me! The support doesn't speak English!

So I took a note of my energy usage last month and in the 10 days prior to billing, according to the app, I used treble my usual energy consumption! Two of those days the house was empty but it shows extremely high energy consumption. Something has to be wrong with the app, my meter, or the reading. Now I have to contact customer service, which is an entirely unpleasant experience. The app doesn't allow screenshots which is very inconvenient as I have to physically write down the consumption.
