You receive the email of new invoice before the invoice is available in the app. Then when you go to check it in the app the service is unavailable. By the time the service is available again in the app, you are charged. This sums up everything about Endesa as a company.

although the app shows the long distance code (+1) for the United States it will give you an error code when putting in the standard 10 digit phone number for the USA. Therefore I am not able to make an account.. this does not make any sense and renders the app useless

Login with Google is broken and the implementation is very out of date. Logging in with a password doesn't let you paste or use a password manager. Better to just use the website. Too broken and frustrating.
