About this app

daPostman is the delivery app for mail carriers and delivery personnel.
Centralize your entire workday on your mobile device: check assigned shipments, track each one, and confirm deliveries with valid documentation.

PROFESSIONAL ACCESS
daPostman is a professional tool. To use it, you need credentials provided by your delivery company. The app does not allow free user registration.

YOUR SHIPMENTS, ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE
When you log in, you access the list of assigned shipments, with reference, recipient, and destination displayed. A swipe refreshes the list with the latest data from the server. The completed shipments screen allows you to view completed deliveries by date.

STEP-BY-STEP TRACKING
Each shipment maintains its complete status history. You can add new tracking codes as the delivery progresses—waiting, incident, incorrect address, post office visit, loss, or return—and check at any time what happened to a shipment and when.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY
Delivery confirmation combines the three proofs required for certified delivery into a single step:

- Recipient identification. Accepts Spanish ID cards (DNI), with automatic validation of the check digit, and passports.

- Handwritten signature. The recipient signs on the device screen, and the signature is associated with the shipment.

- Location. The GPS coordinates of the exact delivery point are recorded.

LINKED SHIPMENTS
When multiple shipments are for the same recipient, daPostman detects them and notifies you before you sign. A single confirmation closes the entire group with the same identification, signature, and location, without repeating the process for each shipment.

Interface available in Spanish, English, French, German, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese
selectable from the login screen.

DESIGNED FOR THE STREET
Fast reading, large touch targets, and short workflows. Designed for
usability while standing, with one hand, and in a hurry.

PRIVACY
Identification, signature, and location data are collected solely as
proof of delivery and transmitted to your delivery company's server.
Location is only requested when confirming a delivery, never in the background.
