Vocalizer is an embedded TTS engine that provides expressive and natural sounding voices in over 50 languages.

Vocalizer enriches the user experience for a variety of applications on your device such as GPS navigation, E-Book reading and assistive software.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
- Each voice can be purchased through a simple In-App purchase process. App includes a 7 days trial to test voices.
- Recent Google apps updates force using their own voices. GPS apps (maps) or the AI assistant, ignore text-to-speech settings, only allowing Google TTS. This decision from Google has been strongly discouraged by the Android community but as for now, we cannot ensure compatibility for this apps. As an alternative, you can use Vocalizer voices on other GPS apps like "Navigator" or "Sygic", that are compatible with Google Speech APIs.

Once the application is installed on your device, you can make Vocalizer your default Text-to-Speech engine by going to Settings > (System) > Language & input > (Advance) > Text-to-Speech output, and checking “Vocalizer TTS" as your default/preferred engine.

All Android devices from 4.0 onwards are supported.

short sentences normally those that are three words or less are often not read and skip entirely . this bug happens whenever i used tts mode on book reader apps the above makes it very difficult to catch up with what's going on with short stories or novels due to the complexity of their format you end up not knowing certain changes or sudden shifts in plot or story line.

. I am writing to provide feedback on the current performance of the Vocalizer Voices Application. I have recently purchased several expensive voices, including Hindi, English, and Marathi, with the expectation of improved performance and quality. However, I regret to inform you that the voices are not functioning correctly within the a Android 11 12 and 13

This app is a system TTS. The app is easy to use and if you want to download a voice over data rather than wifi, it will automatically take you to the app settings to change that. Just scroll down to see it. The voices are nice and smooth and easy to listen to. I was also really happy to see the Dev(s) replying to the reviews, with an actual care for user experience, rather than stars. That is the main thing I look for when downloading an app.
