The Correos App allows you to manage the sending and receipt of your parcels whether you are the Sender or Recipient, without having to enter any delivery codes. The app takes care of tracking them for you, even shipments that the user processes on Vinted, Wallapop, etc... Check the status of your orders or change the delivery address, all from the Correos App. Geolocate your nearest Correos office, Citypaq, or mailbox from the app, based on your location or any address you need. From the App, enter the necessary details to make the shipment, and the process at the office will be much quicker when you drop off the parcel. You will also be able to book an appointment at any office, speeding up any process. A code is generated from the Correos App that you only need to enter in the dispenser at the office. You may carry out customs formalities with an intrinsic value of up to €150. You can search for your postcode or enter a street and find the corresponding postcode. Old app worked well. Suddenly turned to grey. Checked and saw that was now old version. Uninstalled old version and installed new version. as previously reported by other people it does not work. Responses by Correos confirms there is a problem which they are working to correct. Tried again today, still not working. Does not recognise the code sent by email, or email address, or advises account already exists. Advised log into existing and delete duplicated account. It won't let you. I give up!

does not work most of the time. put in my email password I know is correct always says is not correct. impossible to get info about a parcel. send many emails get nothing back. documentation completed taxes paid still do not get the parcel and then they send it back to the sender and keep the taxes paid even when they are paid quickly. update available no way to update the app.extremely unhappy. it's no way to treat people 😡 your reply not understood. this playstore is in English not acceptabl

appalling I have completed and sent the required form and receipt was as acknowledged but I am still being asked to complete the form and I cannot access it
