About this app

DeCargo Driver is the app for drivers who transport goods in the Canary Islands. It carries the Electronic Administrative Control Document (DeCA) for each shipment and shows it to the inspector in seconds, without having to search for papers or rely on network coverage.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See all your active DeCAs at a glance, along with the associated shipment and vehicle.

• Show the QR code to the inspector for instant document verification.

• View the official DeCA PDF, exactly as issued by the system.

• Confirm delivery upon completion of a shipment.

• Report an incident if something doesn't go as planned.

WORKS OFF-CALL

Designed for real-world island operations: tunnels, mid-altitude areas, and shadowed zones. Documents you've already opened are saved on your device, so the QR code and PDF remain available even if you lose signal. The app never generates the document; it always displays the one issued by the system, which is the only valid source.

WHO IS IT FOR?

DeCargo Driver is part of DeCargo, the DeCA management service contracted by transport companies. To use the app, your company must have registered you as a driver. If your company does not yet work with DeCargo, you will not be able to log in.
