JADE Early Intervention
This application is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
JADE is a working tool for professionals who support families with children from 0 to 6 years old: social workers, educators, and professionals in the social and family field. It serves to organize, record, and consult socio-family information in a structured way, replacing spreadsheets and paper records.
It allows for the organization of two complementary types of records:
- Socio-family record (10 dimensions)
- Parental functions (7 dimensions)
Each dimension is recorded at three reference levels—Protection, Vulnerability, and Risk—and the app organizes the information into a visual summary that is easy to read and share with the team. It is a methodological support tool for the professional's work; the professional always makes the decisions.

WHO'S BEHIND IT
JADE was developed by social work professionals based on real needs identified in their daily work:
- Adela Rodríguez Civil: social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting children and families. Her work focuses on child well-being and strengthening parental roles in vulnerable contexts.
- Jaume García Hernández: co-founder of JADE, specializing in child development and socio-educational work with families.
Together, they lead an interdisciplinary team that brings clarity, cohesion, and robustness to the registration and monitoring process.
