I'm only speaking about the app no the business. I've already paid my insurance now I want to open the app. I select the first option where it mentions that I could register or log in. But I can't find the registration page I'm only allowed to log in or forgot my password which does not send an email. Which makes the app useless and a frustrated customer

For help, contact us at hello@heymondo.com or via WhatsApp at +34 627 283 366. In case of an emergency, contact our 24h assistance using the number in your policy.

App does not contain a history of calls, a history of messages to client service, etc. This is important because I asked for help through the app, and I did not receive it, and I did not have proof of calls. Also, when I asked for assistance, I had to provide again all of my information. I expect such information should be directly available if I make contact through the app as I did. I would not suggest this insurance because it is scary when you need help and you don't receive it.

Hi Gorica! Apologies for the inconveniences you had in contacting our assistance team. Sometimes if the internet connection is not stable enough, it is better to use a regular phone call. From what we know, the assistance plataform offered you a solution to your needs. We will take your feedback into account to improve for the future.

Be cautious with these guys. Buying the insurance, in the past, has been inexpensive and easy. I have never tried to make a claim, that would be the true deciding factor for this, however, it's a big red flag when the app, and the website (mobile and desktop) are all buggy. I get an error when trying to purchase, because my end date gets replaced by "invalid date", and there is no way to fix that, also no customer service available (outside of emergencies) on weekends.
