About this app

iaCity Management. Internal application for staff of municipalities participating in the Smart City initiative.

Designed for fieldwork, it allows authorized municipal employees to:

• INCIDENTS — receive and manage urban incidents: change statuses, notify residents via email or SMS, assign tasks to colleagues, send internal messages, provide clarifications to residents, and create internal incidents with a photo, map location, and category.

• APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING — technician's schedule: daily appointments, confirm, complete, search by name or code.

• RESERVATIONS — sports facility schedule: court and day occupancy, ticket sales, reservation blocks, and cash register closing.

• QR READER — access validation with the camera: reservations, vouchers, and tickets; also with a QR code reader or ID card.

• CAT COLONIES — TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) monitoring: validate collaborator registrations, approve new registrations, record actions, and add photos of cats.

• BEACHES AND MOUNTAINS — flag status, jellyfish, wind, mountain access, and avalanche risk, with manual updates from the field.

Data is transmitted encrypted and does not leave the iaCity platform (servers in the European Union), in compliance with the GDPR and the National Security Framework.
