I give this app 2 stars because it looks like it could be good were it to work. The app requires a numerical number to activate my recharge card. The card has no numerical number apart from the phone number on the back. I used the contact form and that is truly awful. It is a single line that somehow deactivates spell check. given you can only see about 4 words and there's no spell check you are liable to send a meaningless message.

easy to start & to charge but there is ALWAYS a problem when the charge is ended, either because the car is full or I need to leave. Im stuck in a cycle onbthe app of stop charge, stopping charge, back to charge. it takes 2 days for the app to be usable again & yes I tried updating & I have the latest version. also, I cannot put my home address in so apparently I'm now living in the Ayuntamiento.

Useless. Cannot register, no matter what you input there's an error. If you manage to register on the web, you need to input your card details in the app. Guess what? Another error. Just a blank screen after tapping 'pay'. An student of any university would be able to make a better app. Steaming pile of bull-product. Update 2025: still cannot provide payment data. App crashes.
