Horrible experience. Me and 3 friends all tried to use it to turn on the charging stations to charge our electric rental. The app keeps crashing or keeps us on "loading" for almost every action we take. No matter the phone model or operation system. Even trying to file a complaint didn't work 😂 scanning QR code just restarts the map. Entering the ID code of the charging station also did the same or said "didn't match any charging station". Please fix this

The app functions , but getting started is always a hassle to get the payment approved. The link to the bank times out before a connection is established. My app is already 2 weeks blocked in charging because there is no communication with the charging point I used last in Calle padre Antonio Salle's in Oliva. I cannot use any Iberdrola charging point until my app is unlocked from the faulty station. There is no way you can end the charge yourself or reset the app!!! Very poor design.

Cannot use charger without registering on the app, although there is an option to continue without registering, but it takes you back to the previous screen. When I try to tegister, I can't get through the national ID validation, yes it asks you for an ID number, not sure what for. It says wrong format at the first added character, be it number, letter, symbol. 🤦
