The municipality of Huelma is located south of the massif of Sierra Mágina in the province of Jaen, bordering precisely with the provincial boundary between the latter and Granada.
The town is located in a mountainous area at the foot of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park, at 1000 meters above sea level and surrounded by olive growing areas and Mediterranean forests belonging to the natural park.
It has slightly more than 6,000 inhabitants, although their numbers have been steadily declining for several decades, making it one of the most populated towns in this area of Jaen, surpassed by Jodar and Mancha Real if we talk about the scope Iznalloz county and if we refer to the Granada area.
Can access it from the A-44, take exit 58 Cambil-Huelma and following the A-324 or A-401 taking up to said A-324 and take Huelma direction.
In this letter we wanted to highlight services within the locality the various public or private administrations, and places of general interest, which enable the necessary steps by the citizenry. We highlight the Town Hall, the Youth House, the offices of the Local Police and Civil Guard, educational and sports facilities, municipal services, health centers and pharmacies, public transport enterprises with their stops and timetables, offices of regional administrations , notary, bank branches, different establishments and private businesses that offer a variety of services and cover all needs, entertainment venues and basically information of interest to all those establishments and entities such as schedules, phone or web pages.
