Caser ReMoto is the new and innovative App from Caser Seguros created to detect an accident when you travel by motorcycle and, in addition, it is capable of automatically sending you an ambulance without you having to call it, in case of an accident. And there are situations in which having help without asking for it can save your life. Yours and that of your passenger on the motorcycle.
WHY USE CASER REMOTE?
1. BECAUSE IT AUTOMATICALLY DETECTS A CRASH OR ACCIDENT:
To use Caser ReMoto you only need to install the “Caser ReMoto App” and configure it the first time. From that moment on, as long as you drive and have the App active, we can detect the accident and send you an ambulance automatically without you having to call it.
2. BECAUSE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE RESCUE TEAM:
When the “Caser ReMoto App” detects the crash or accident, a notification is automatically generated to our switchboard. At that moment, we contact you, and if we do not receive a response, we notify the rescue team with your exact geolocation so that they can send an ambulance to the scene of the accident.
3. BECAUSE GEOLOCATION TELLS US WHERE TO SEND THE AMBULANCE:
There are situations on the road that increase the likelihood of an accident (rain, wild animals, secondary roads...) and others that decrease the possibility of seeing yourself clearly (fog, rain...). That is why it is so important to know your geolocation at the time of the accident, because in the event of an accident every minute counts. We only use your location in case we need to send you help. In this way, we preserve your privacy while we take care of you on the road.
