About this app

Log4work is the time and attendance app designed for employees and teams who need to record their working hours quickly, reliably, and in compliance with Royal Decree-Law 8/2019.

CHECK IN IN SECONDS
• One-touch entry, exit, and breaks
• Quick access with Face ID / Touch ID on your own device
• Works for split shifts (morning and afternoon)

THREE WAYS TO CHECK IN
• From the app, with GPS validation of the workplace
• By scanning the dynamic QR code that rotates every 30 seconds on the reception tablet
• From the web panel with username and PIN, no personal mobile device required

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
• Timekeeping in accordance with Royal Decree 8/2019 and the Workers' Statute
• Each clock-in is recorded in real time, with an integrity hash that detects tampering
• No post-entered times: the system demands instant accuracy, as required by the Labor Inspectorate

FOR THE TEAM
• View your clock-in and clock-out history

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Location is only used when clocking in, never in the background
• Face ID/Touch ID is processed on your device; log4work never accesses your biometric data
• Anomalies (clocking in outside the designated area, missed clock-ins) are always reported: they never block your clock-in

log4work is used by companies in various sectors in Spain to manage their teams' time tracking, with work centers, shifts, and vacation calendars configured by each company.

To use the app, your company must be registered with log4work and provide you with your login credentials.
