Madrid Móvil is the official application of the Madrid City Council through which you can get information and carry out multiple municipal procedures. You can manage, among others:

PROCEDURES and MY FOLDER: Quickly and easily access all electronic procedures and My Folder with a single click.

PRIOR APPOINTMENT: Book an in-person appointment for any procedure at any office.

NOTICES: It sends in an agile and fast way, from wherever you are, notices and incidents related to cleaning and waste, collection of furniture or clothes, street furniture, lighting and other causes.

MADRID IS SPORTS: Buy tickets for swimming pools, reserve sports spaces, book sessions in open classes... all this and much more, within reach of a click. Enjoy sports in your city with Madrid Móvil.

DRINKING WATER FOUNTAINS AND PUBLIC TOILETS: The application allows you to find out the situation of the drinking water sources in the city of Madrid and of the public toilets, indicating the state in which they are found and the route to get there from the place where they are located. Ratings and reviews

Does not work well. I tried to make reservations for a boat in Retiro Parc, but the app kept failing (login failed, certain menus failed). The sign near the boats gave instructions for the app, but they didn't work. It also required many steps, which was not helpfull. In the end we could not get a boat on any day we were there. Edit: The app support contact me... in Spanish :-) which I don't speak (which is the reason I wrote in English). Thank god for Google translate, at least that does work.

I like this app. They did a great job to fit in lots of different content and utilities. Sometimes it goes down when lots of people want to access at the same time, but all in all it works fine :)

it's an ok app but it could have a better interface. For example, the tickets and entrances that you have already bought could be accessed more easily. Maybe by adding an item to the navigation menu or something.
