My Cargo is the app for carriers that replaces the paper transport control document with a digital PDF, as required by Law 9/2025 on Sustainable Mobility, effective October 5, 2026.
WHY YOU NEED IT
The new regulations require the administrative control document to be carried in native digital format, with a QR code verifiable by the Civil Guard on the road. Carrying the traditional paper document is no longer valid, and penalties range from €401 to €6,000 depending on the type of infraction.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH MY CARGO
• Generate the transport control document (DeCA) and the waybill in less than 2 minutes, with "Duplicate" in 30 seconds.
• Automatic ADR: enter the UN number of the goods (for example, UN 1203) and the app automatically fills in the class, packing group, and technical name.
• Sign on the full screen with your finger, just like on paper. The sender and driver sign upon issuance, and the recipient signs upon delivery.
• Official PDF with QR code generated directly on your mobile device, even without signal. Instantly shared via WhatsApp.
• Complete history of your shipments: PDF, trip statuses, and QR code verification for each delivery.
• Save your usual information (license plate, carrier, driver) only once, and it will be automatically filled in for each new delivery.
• Find restaurants, hotels, and secure parking along your route, based on your departure time.
HOW IT WORKS
A guided 4-step assistant—route, passengers, cargo, and signatures—generates the document. The draft is automatically saved, so if you're interrupted, you don't lose anything.
NO NETWORK, NO PROBLEM
The document is generated on your device and automatically syncs as soon as you regain a connection.
