About this app

OBRASET is the app for construction company owners and project managers. It's not an app for typing: it's a window that tells you, in ten seconds and from your car, how your project finances are doing and what you need to check today.

MONEY FIRST
The app opens with a single figure: tied-up money—work completed but not yet in the bank. Unbilled certificates, invoices but not yet paid, and withheld guarantees are displayed in a bar that shows where things are stuck. Below, you'll see the projected profit margin and how many days it takes to pay suppliers, with the legal limit next to it.

ALERTS THAT TELL YOU WHAT TO DO
Each alert includes four things: what's happening, how much money is at stake, why it matters, and what to do. "Encofrats SL has its payments blocked: they're missing the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) certificate; paying them makes you liable for their tax debts." No noise: just what you really need to check.

YOUR PROJECTS, ORGANIZED BY HEALTH
The portfolio isn't alphabetical: the worst-performing project appears first. Each entry includes its progress against certification, its amounts, and its costs by chapter—with the deviation measured against what was actually completed, not the entire budget. And when a number can't be calculated accurately, the app states it in words, never with a made-up zero.

APPROVE WHAT CAN'T WAIT
Two owner decisions fit on your mobile device: approve a certification and accept a discrepancy in a supplier invoice. Approval doesn't generate an invoice: it leaves the proposed draft on your desktop, because issuing an invoice is a conscious act. Everything else—budgetting, certifying, invoicing—remains on your desktop, which is where it's done right.

THE DELIVERY NOTE PHOTO
You go to the construction site and they give you a piece of paper: take a picture, and add it to the purchasing inbox on your desktop. No need to type amounts or validate anything—that's done by the purchasing manager.

NO COVERAGE, NO LIES
There's no signal on construction sites. The app shows you the latest data brought in, dimmed and with its date—never an old figure disguised as current.

WHO'S BEHIND IT?
OBRASET is a SET and Parsecs product for small construction and renovation companies. The platform manages budgets (with a BC3 importer), certifications, cost control, purchases, advances, and CAE documentation for subcontractors. Invoicing is generated with the FACTUSET engine, adapted to Royal Decree 1007/2023 (VeriFactu); time tracking and payroll are handled by LABORSET.
