Es fácil de usar y tiene mucha variedad en la colección. Pero debería tener más copias disponibles, hay muchos libros con mucho tiempo de espera. Y debería tener una sección de ayuda al usuario con dificultades, x ej. me pasa ahora que me da un error con los audio libros (ya he usado). Como un bibliotecólogo o personal de referencia online para mandar dudas
