THE UNSEEN DANGER: OFFSHORE WIND
It's a classic paddle surf hazard: barely noticeable on the shore, but it pushes you out to sea and makes it impossible to return. PaddleGo warns you with the wind vane before you even get in the water.

Cameras from the main beaches so you can see it for yourself. The forecast is good; seeing it is even better.
DEPARTURE PLAN: LEAVE WITH PEACE OF MIND
If you're paddling alone, tap the shield icon before entering the water, and the app will prepare a WhatsApp message for whomever you choose, with your departure beach, your exact location, the current conditions, and your estimated return time. When you're out on the water, a notification alerts you that you're back on land. And if something goes wrong, an emergency screen displays a direct call to 112 and your coordinates in large print so you can dictate them.

PaddleGo was born on the beaches of Pedregalejo, in Málaga, from a question that was often asked at home before hitting the boards: "Is it warm enough for paddling today?" It's calibrated by comparing the forecast with the actual sea conditions, every time we go out.
