Puli is a business management app for freelancers and small businesses. Issue invoices, quotes, and delivery notes from your mobile device, accept card payments, and keep your business organized wherever you are.

PROFESSIONAL INVOICING
Create complete invoices in seconds with all the required fields: Tax ID, VAT, Personal Income Tax, serial number, and date. Generate the PDF and share it via email or WhatsApp directly from the app. Track the payment status of each invoice and monitor outstanding payments.

VERIFACTU — TAX COMPLIANCE
Puli includes support for Verifactu, the Spanish Tax Agency's invoice verification system. Each invoice issued automatically generates its digital fingerprint (chained hash) and verifiable QR code, complying with the requirements of Royal Decree 1007/2023. Submission to the Spanish Tax Agency is managed directly from the app using your digital certificate.

QUOTES AND PRO FORMA INVOICES
Send professional-looking quotes and convert them into invoices with a single tap once the customer accepts. Also manage pro forma invoices for international transactions or advance payments.

DELIVERY NOTES AND PURCHASE ORDERS
Create delivery notes with the customer's digital signature. Manage purchase orders from suppliers and link expenses to your documents.

PAYMENTS WITH TAP TO PAY
Accept credit and debit card payments directly from your mobile device without additional hardware, thanks to the Stripe Terminal integration. Your customers tap their card or mobile device, and the payment is automatically recorded on the invoice.

EXPENSE MANAGEMENT
Record and categorize all your expenses. The OCR scanner automatically captures data from your supplier invoices from a photo. Associate expenses with suppliers and keep track of incoming and outgoing expenses.

CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS
Keep your client and supplier database up-to-date with all their tax information: company name, tax ID number, address, email, and phone number. Access each contact's document history directly from their profile.
