RowanSign is the field app that lets your team sign and manage delivery notes, reports, and other delivery documents directly from their mobile phone or tablet.

Designed for operators and delivery drivers: each person sees only the documents in their assigned folders and signs them on-site, with legal backing and complete traceability.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sign documents with biometric signature on screen.

• Record location (GPS) and device data at the time of signing, as proof of delivery.

• Check pending documents in your folders.

• Report issues when something is wrong (wrong product, customer absent, incorrect address, etc.).

• With office permission: manage issues and upload documents to your folder.

SECURITY AND CONTROL
