Excellent service and app. I have been really impressed with the taxi service since downloading this app. I used to use the other 2 well known companies apps (B & U) but was sick of them quoting obscene prices, and not always turning up. Pide taxi has sent a taxi everytime I have ordered one, and at a reasonable price. I now tell all my friends to DL this app

please update your app. I prefer using a taxi over bolt etc. but the driver never is where you are. the app says: your taxi has arrived but it is 2 streets away. if you have kids or something to carry you can't go march and look for the taxi which is parked 500m away. there is no communication woth the driver. you can not contact them or leave a message where you are and where to be picked up. after the taxi doesn't move or look for you they just canel the ride or ride without you. shame!

Completely unreliable. Caused my parents to almost miss their flight. Prebooked and even confirmed by phone, and we arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes early and waited. The driver never showed up and marked the job as cancelled, claiming we were a no show. After a lengthy wait on the phone, the call center was no help either and offered no alternatives. We ended up rushing into town and I was able to flag down a taxi who got them there just in time. Definitely do not recommend!
