Tempika is the app that lets you clock in, check your work schedule, and handle everything with your company that used to be done on paper or by email.

CLOCK IN WITH A SNAP
• One tap to clock in and out, right from the first screen
• Works offline: your clock-in is saved on your phone with the actual time and sent as soon as you reopen the app with a signal
• History of your clock-ins and outs and request corrections if something is wrong

YOUR TIME, CLEAR AND CLEAR
• Your schedule and shifts, always at hand
• Available shifts you can request
• Balance of hours and vacation/leave days
• Request vacations and leave and track their status; If you're on sick leave, attach your medical certificate from your mobile device.
• If you're a manager, approve or reject your team's requests.

LESS PAPERWORK WITH YOUR COMPANY
• Claim expenses, per diems, and mileage reimbursement.
• Review the documents your company sends you and confirm receipt.
• Review and update your contact information, emergency contact, and bank account details.
• Follow your onboarding plan when you're new to the company.
• Check your risk prevention training, personal protective equipment, and medical examinations.
• Review and confirm your teleworking agreement.
• Complete your company's surveys.

YOUR RIGHTS, WITHIN THE APP
• Annual report of your work schedule, including hours worked and overtime.
• Daily clock-in/clock-out history, including breaks.
• Check your salary range when your company publishes it, and request your compensation information: your salary level and the average salaries by gender for your professional category.
• Reporting channel with tracking code (Law 2/2023).
• Exercise your rights. Your data protection rights: access, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection

HOW IT WORKS
• No fingerprint or facial recognition: log in with email and password
• No access to your location, and no advertising or tracking
• The camera is only used if you choose to photograph a receipt or sick leave certificate; the image never leaves your phone
• Data encrypted in transit and hosted on servers within the European Union
• Time tracking in accordance with Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute: your clock-ins and clock-outs are neither deleted nor overwritten

Designed for warehouses, distribution, retail, logistics, hospitality, clinics, and any team with shifts or flexible hours.

Tempika is a subscription service contracted by your company. To use the application, you need an account provided by your employer; the app does not allow you to create new accounts.
