About this app

Trazea automates food traceability in professional kitchens: bars, restaurants, hotels, catering services, school cafeterias, and bakeries.

With Trazea you can:

• Scan ingredient labels with your camera and automatically extract the name, batch number, expiration date, allergens, and supplier using optical character recognition (OCR).

• Maintain a digital inventory of ingredients, including allergens, suppliers, and expiration dates.

• Create recipes (technical data sheets) with ingredients, cost breakdown, automatic allergens, and portion sizes.

• Register production batches with the batch number, calculated expiration date, and complete traceability of the ingredients used.

• Generate thermal labels (62×50 mm) for printing on any compatible printer.

• Generate HACCP technical data sheets in PDF format, ready for submission to health inspectors.

• Manage suppliers with contact information, certifications, and documentation.

• Comply with HACCP system requirements and European food safety regulations (EC Regulation 178/2002, EU Regulation 1169/2011 on allergens).

What’s new

- Caducidad fija por receta: indica los días de caducidad desde la elaboración (p. ej. 2 días si lleva huevo cocinado). Siempre manda la fecha más temprana.
- Buscador en Fichas y Cadena de frío: encuentra registros por receta, ingrediente o número de lote.
- Corregido: ahora la firma se dibuja correctamente. Antes la pantalla se desplazaba al trazar y no se podía firmar bien.
