The system allows the registration of attendance at an event or activity in an agile and automatic way at the University of Murcia. Registration can be done in several ways:
- by using an external reader:
- QR code reader that will be connected to the mobile device with cable or Bluetooth. The Digital ID shown in the Virtual TUI within UMUapp will be read.
- Contactless reader for the physical TUI, which will be connected to the mobile device with OTG technology. The university card that identifies the attendee will be read.
- using the device's NFC technology (only available on compatible devices). The university card that identifies the attendee will be read.
- by scanning the QR code or barcode that identifies the assistant with the device's camera.
This application requires authentication, and therefore, access will be restricted to university users who have an event associated with them to control attendance.
