This abomination replaced an old app which worked fine and I continued to use it until I was forced to change to this one. It would help if you could decide which language to use. It is a mixture of Spanish and English and there seems to be no way of changing it. I would prefer it to be totally in Spanish because although the bits in English have English words the translation is so bad that they often make no sense. We are being forced to use online banking so please make the app useable.

When I open the app, it crashes 9 times out of ten. I use a Moto g(6) play and have the app updated to the latest version, but it is almost unusable, extremely unreliable

I have to open the app at least 10 times to do a simple bizum or a recharge of my card.
