Absolutely awful app. I was trying to set up the unicaja key which according to the app, it should work with a passport but apparently it doesn't. It seems you can only set this up if you are either a Spanish citizen with a DNI card or a non European citizen with a TIE card. They forgot about the rest of the people who only have a passport as a photo ID. There's no option to link my device. Also I don't ever receive a code in order to be able to do anything on the app. It's all so bad.

Not good for English speaking people although bank promotes this, I have the app and year now,have had terrible problems, had to go back to Spain last week to activate my ATM card..it works in spain now but not ireland, also I now can't use the app in ireland to transfer, it will be like this for another year until I get back to Spain, also clerks in bank not helpful if you can't speak spainish, thank god I didn't lodge much money..beware..

Great banking app. Choice of languages. Really enhances our banking experience!
