I just kept seeing establishing connection. And won't connect . Also I have tried 10 times to get my security key. Taking foto of back of my residential card. Has the green shiny rectangle upper left on front. Won't accept. Went to my bank and agent tried several times. No luck either! He said probably because not a Spanish DNI. I have been banking with Unicaja for 33years. So how am I supposed to get the security key. I was using my finger to open my account , but that has been stopped

App works well in most cases but as I changed devices, I need to use Unicaja Key to enable notifications for transactions. it turns out that you cannot activate Unicaja Key if you don't have a DNI (Spanish citizen) or a TIE (DNI-like card for non-EU foreigners). If you are an EU citizen living in Spain, you simply cannot enable Unicaja Key. Some agents suggested that the passport should work. I tried tens of times, and I always get an error. Completely unacceptable.

they have worst app. its hard to use and transferring the app from one phone to another is close to impossible
