Ratings and reviews

Some good features were added to the app, like the quick authorisation of payments via biometrics. Be nice to see improvements on app launch and login, it is very slow compared to other banking apps. Dark mode would be good.

Truly terrible. Half the time it doesn't work and it is hard to navigate. But then the bank is pretty terrible as well so at least the customer experience is consistent I suppose!

The app was bad, I thought it couldn't be any worse, but the last update of the interface has proven me wrong. The user experience is clearly something they don't aim for, but it doesn't matter, you won't get any further than some ads and error messages
