To pick the right appointment you need a medical degree, it took 8 mins (with a Spanish friend) to find an MRI for my hip... is this the best we have for paid private healthcare?

The application is useless. The main use case to schedule an appointment online never works. There is 21th century! It's not do difficult to integrate 2 different systems. Why I couldn't get any available dates for an appointment in the app and have to call to the center??? Nonsense!

This App is a waste of time. It never is able to confirm the appointment and you then have to telephone the hospital. It used to work well. But it has been updated and is now useless. It is actually not worthy of One Star. Having emailed Vithas they have quickly resolved the problem and I can report that they App is currently useable as intended. I am now as impressed with the App as I am with my treatment at the hospital.
