Maybe app is good, but couldn't use it, i linked my sim to NIE but still not able to recharge balance or enter the app, service just can not accept my number. In different offices they say like "we don't know, it's some mistake". If you can not help me to pay money to you - okay, I will pay for another operator...

This app, just like its customer support, is abysmal. Tobi takes forever to load and is completely unhelpful. We cannot connect via chat to anyone in client services via the app. The simplest requests via the app are ignored. I don't know what happened to Vodafone in the last 2 years but they clearly do not value their customers anymore. If you can, avoid this company at all costs. They just want money. They don't care about clients.

Just bought the sim card and installed the app. I cannot event log in! I registered ok, but when tryingg to enter it ask to send a code, and when I enter the code the app just does not work. I can see that a lit of people can't use vodapone app, and the company doe not really care. So probably I'll get read of the sim card once I use up the gigabytes.
