Complicated app. Tried to register and the app wanted a form of ID, passport etc. I phoned and was told to ignore that item as it was used for a different product. I used the app as a guest. Then when I tried to end the session the page to do this had disappeared. I had to phone to get it stopped remotely. A t least they answered the phone quickly.

The guest session option is better than having to register however before long you are locked out of stopping the charge as it doesn't retain the information. absolutely ridiculous, my car is on charge but I can't stop it now I have two deposits taken and I can't return it. Terrible app design but good idea. What's more is the price is wrong. Displays 49 cent (€0.49) per kWh but charges you 49p (£0.49) which is wildly different. Never using this station again. Also only charged 4 miles!!

Tried to register as a new user. Selected United Kingdom, the app wants a postcode but only gives a numerical keyboard (UK postcodes have letters as well as numbers) so can't complete the registration. The app also has a drop down with options including passport... no idea what that's about but I'm certainly not entering it!
