About this app
Wepp is the app for your center: your hair salon, studio, or gym. Log in with your email and see everything that's relevant to you.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Book. Choose the service, the professional if you have a favorite, and the time that suits you. The available slots are the ones that are actually open: they're taken from the center's schedule at that moment, not from a separate list.
• Your classes. The weekly schedule with available spaces, sign up, join the waiting list when it's full, and cancel if you can't make it.
• Your appointments. Upcoming and past appointments, change the time, cancel them, and add them to your mobile calendar.
• Your packages and membership. How many sessions you have left, when they expire, and the status of your membership.
• Your personal information. Your details, your password, two-step verification, and what you've signed, which you can sign here.
• Cancel your membership. From the app itself, without calling anyone. Confirmation is done with a code sent to your email, and the screen tells you beforehand what gets deleted and what gets saved.
HOW TO LOG IN
With the email address you provided to your center. If you have a password, use it; if not, use the one-time code sent to your email. There's no need to create a new account.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
We don't sell your data or share it with other companies. When your center collects payments through the app, Stripe handles the transaction: Wepp doesn't store or see your card number.
Wepp only works if your center uses Wepp. If you're unsure, please ask.
