plain and simplistic (not even allowing a dark mode theme..) but fully functional and trustworthy (at last). good job

First of all, I have to change password to access my ebanking too often and it is tiring. Last time I tried to do it , after I inserted the new password and verified the process by fingerprint, it came up with the message "wrong one time use code" and did not complete the process.

This is the one of the TWO worst serving bank in Greece. there is no way that you can get satisfying services from this bank. They don't serve customer friendly manner.. Restrictive, inefficient ineffective policies and rules.. Absolutely risky, don't waste your time choose more customer friendly bank in GR.You can absolutely find much better one
