About this app

Allestellen is a public transport departure board, trip planner, and home-screen widget app built for everyday travel.

Quickly find nearby stops and stations, check upcoming departures, inspect journey details, and keep the stops you use most visible directly on your Android home screen.

DEPARTURE BOARDS

Open a stop or station to see upcoming services in a clear departure board.

Depending on the transport provider, Allestellen can show:

• Scheduled departure times
• Realtime delays
• Platforms or tracks
• Destinations
• Cancellations and service information where available
• Stop sequences and journey details
• Direction information

Realtime information is shown when it is supplied by the transport provider. Where realtime data is unavailable, scheduled information is still displayed.

HOME-SCREEN WIDGETS

Allestellen widgets put useful departure information directly on your Android home screen.

You can:

• Add widgets for frequently used stops
• Resize widgets to show more departures where your launcher allows it
• Configure which services and destinations may appear
• Set schedules so widgets are active only when you need them
• Refresh a widget when you want updated departure information

Widget schedules can also help reduce unnecessary background data use.

TRIP PLANNING

Use the Trip Builder to create multi-stage public transport journeys.

Choose a starting point, select a service, decide where to get off or transfer, and continue building the journey as needed. Saved journeys can be kept for later use.

FIND STOPS

Search for stops and stations by name or use your location to find nearby public transport.

Allestellen is designed to make opening a departure board fast, rather than forcing you through a complicated journey-planning workflow every time you just want to know what is leaving next.

REGIONAL COVERAGE

Allestellen is designed to support different transport systems, providers, and data formats.

Current integrated coverage includes:

• Switzerland
• Vancouver
• Milan
• London

Coverage and available features vary by region and provider. Some regions use live public transport APIs, while others use locally processed GTFS schedule data.

The in-app Coverage page shows the current status of supported regions and providers.

If your area is not yet supported, you can submit a location-based region request to help identify where Allestellen should expand next.

Public transport information comes from third-party transport data providers and its availability and accuracy depend on those sources. For time-critical travel decisions, always verify important information with the relevant transport operator.
