About this app

BedFlow is the booking system for B&Bs, boutique hotels, and vacation rentals. This app is the mobile companion to your BedFlow account: everything you need on the go, without having to open a laptop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT

• Today and tomorrow — see at a glance who is arriving, who is leaving, and who is staying. With room number, number of guests, number of nights, and check-in time. If breakfast is selected, you will also see the breakfast time immediately.

• Check-in and check-out — with a single tap, even at the door.

• Call a guest or send a WhatsApp — directly from the arrival card.

• Room grid — two weeks ahead per room, with booking bars on it. Tap a free day to block it, tap a blocked day to unblock it. Also for multiple days at once.

• Monthly calendar — the entire month at a glance, with or without booking bars.

• Bookings — searchable by name, with all details per booking. • Housekeeping — which rooms need to be cleaned today and tomorrow, and why: departure, arrival, or walk-through.

• Invoices and payments — check outstanding amounts on the go.

• Guest inbox — read and reply to messages from your guests.

• Reviews and support tickets — without logging in to the web.

MULTIPLE PROPERTIES

Do you manage more than one accommodation? Switch between properties with a single tap, or view them together in one overview.

WORKS OFFLINE TOO

The last retrieved data is saved, so your screen is there immediately — even on a slow or missing connection. As soon as the network is back, the app refreshes itself in the background.

SECURE

Your login is stored in your device's secure storage and is protected by fingerprint or facial recognition.
