A The most horrible customer service for a parking service ever. They charged me for a booking after the location denied me access to the facilities (broken car lift door). They lied that the lift was functioning. After providing proof and no response, they sent a new invoice with a 40 euro surcharge for the denied service. The customer service is almost completely iresponsive and extra surcharges seem automated. Stay away from this App. Stay away from BePark.

Update is worse than old version. You have to log in each time (type username and password), it does not open the door as quickly or reliably as the old version.
