A The most horrible customer service for a parking service ever. They charged me for a booking after the location denied me access to the facilities (broken car lift door). They lied that the lift was functioning. After providing proof and no response, they sent a new invoice with a 40 euro surcharge for the denied service. The customer service is almost completely iresponsive and extra surcharges seem automated. Stay away from this App. Stay away from BePark.

The concept of this app is great but I will not be using BePark again. With a samsung S10, you are unable to open the garage doors through the app as it should, which is very stressful when you're blocking the way. Instead you have to call the helpdesk (fortunately they do open the garage after about a minute). I would use the service again if it worked with something physical, like a badge. Also the button to leave the parking was on the wrong side of my car, a bit dumb.

An app to reserve spots in a car park and to control access to them. No wait: After registering all details in the app including phone, car, payment, name... it lets you select a car park and a date. BUT IT WON'T confirm your booking. Because, as I found out from calling the very helpful phone support (available only Mo-Fr 2pm - 5 pm!?) THE APP ONLY OPENS DOORS in car parks. Reservations have to be made from a PC, even though the app redirects you to the website, as support guy confirmed.
