About this app

Brainee plans your day from one spoken sentence.

Tap the microphone and say what you need: "dentist at eleven, remind me twenty minutes before, and two hours of deep work on the pricing page." Brainee writes it down, works out how long each thing takes, and puts it where it fits — around the meetings you already have.

HOW IT WORKS
Your recording is transcribed and the transcript is turned into tasks by a language model. Recordings are not stored. We keep only what the app needs: your tasks, your notes, and usage counts for billing.

Before the first recording the app explains that the audio leaves your device to be turned into text and is deleted right after.

PRIVACY
No ads. No tracking. No advertising identifier. Your data is yours and you can export or delete all of it from inside the app.

Try Brainee free for a day. After that, dictation and AI planning need a subscription - your tasks, notes and calendar stay available either way.

SUBSCRIPTION
Brainee Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. It unlocks dictation and AI planning; the price is shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscription settings.
