i have tried installing this so many times... but once it says it downloaded...there is no shortcut for it, it does not give you the option to open it either . all its says here is uninstall. i have a Samsung Galaxy j3 phone. what's wrong with this app why wont it open. why is there no visible sign that i even installed it? something is wrong

Love this keyboard, although it would be better with a predictive text option.
