Incompetent! First, the shop claimed their system wasn't working. Long delays, so I did not buy a dinner suit as well, but eventually they supposedly allowed a discount Then they issued a tax refund form, and directed me to the refund kiosks ten minutes away. On arrival they said it was the wrong form, and I must make the round trip again to return with the proper cash refund form. Not worth it, for the third and last time I have failed to recover the tax on Gutteridge purchases.

The app is not working properly. many account pages don't work. checkout possible after 5-6 times of try.

Italian clothes at high street prices, what's not to love? Lots of Capri Blue to remind me of Sorrento and Amalfi, magical!
