FIS stands for “Driver Information System” and enables drivers to organize expense reports, claims processing, vacation requests in a stress-free manner and also has a chat function.

Drivers can use the FIS app to report their expenses. This automated expense management process simplifies expense submission and takes the burden off your accounting department when it comes to billing. The drivers enter the corresponding expenses every day and thus receive a complete overview.

Drivers can use the FIS app to plan and submit their vacation. The drivers simply indicate when they would like to be free and the request is only checked internally. Paper vacation applications are not required. This ensures uncomplicated communication.

With the help of the FIS app, the drivers are in constant communication with the back office. Drivers can use the FIS app to provide office staff with up-to-date information using the chat function. In this way, you create an efficient communication structure, from whose transparency you will also benefit in the long term.
