Dropped in to a local branch as a new customer and was kindly informed to download the app on my phone to make usage easier in store. I have since downloaded the app and it's incredibly glitchy with endless error messages flagging for no reason, which also prevents me from setting up an account through a verification procedure that requests unnecessary personal data. Quite dissapointing in all honesty as i was hopeful of utilising your service moving forward.

Since the app has updated, I can't top up with my phone. I've updated my phone, and it still won't update.

What a heck! I only installed my phone new software update and for no reason this app appears on my phone! I didn't ask for this! I don't need it! What a privacy invasion!
