I have to create an account use app. Part of creating an account requires me to video myself reading something but every time I click to record the app crashes and I have to start from the beginning. This has happened 6x over the past few days so I am unable to create an account (or use the app). Very frustrating!

Dropped in to a local branch as a new customer and was kindly informed to download the app on my phone to make usage easier in store. I have since downloaded the app and it's incredibly glitchy with endless error messages flagging for no reason, which also prevents me from setting up an account through a verification procedure that requests unnecessary personal data. Quite dissapointing in all honesty as i was hopeful of utilising your service moving forward.

Useless! Downloaded 10 times over 3 different devices. Crashes at the exact same point halfway through the long and fiddly verification process every time. Reported to customer service. From the reviews I'm not the only one and it's been an issue since 2021. I'd be very concerned about putting myself on a high-powered sunbed run by a company that can't run a simple app or respond to known problems. I would certainly not trust such a shambolic company with my money and my very personal data!
