It works somewhat to manage your ac units in the house, but from a technical point it's a real mess. Can't handle networks with a gateway (f.e. if you want to put all your iot devices separate from your users). Doesn't do well with IP leases. App does some kind of weird discovery each time you open it, but if the devices fail to respond then the list is empty: no units found. No way to refresh but hard kill the app and restart. And while using it, it often 'loses' the list of discovered devices

It does exactly what is supposed to do. Before giving less than 5 stars to this application, because "it doesn't work", just be sure that your wifi module is properly installed on your device to be controlled and you can read the instructions for sincronizations between app and your devices. And that's all. Works perfectly and without lag, is just like devices remote control. Plus you can schedule the entire week (can't do that with native remote control). 5 stars from me.

It doesn't matter what features are or are not in this app. The app doesn't find the AC units to control. I have 7 of them. Sometimes the app can see them, but most of the time it doesn't. Just now, I've been hitting the refresh button for more than 30 minutes but only 2 units have been found, while at the same time I can check on my WiFi router app that they are all connected to the network. Don't waste your money buying the WiFi modules or chose another AC brand with a better app.
