The official companion app for the "Iron Curtain Memorial Trail" hiking trail.
The Memorial Trail in Guglwald is dedicated to the history of the Austrian-Czech border region. This app provides supplementary information for the 10 stations along the approximately 4.5 km long trail.
The app supports you both during an on-site visit and for exploring the content from home:
On-site mode:
Each station along the trail features information panels with QR codes. Scanning these codes unlocks in-depth content in the app, including interviews with eyewitnesses and interactive modules on the history of the border.
At-home mode:
You can also access the historical content independently of an on-site visit to learn about the project and its background.
