Counter Module – Records machine mileage, operating hours, and work cycles. The system automatically notifies users of upcoming maintenance tasks.
Service Order Module – full control over tasks assigned to users, machines, and locations. Orders are generated automatically, and statuses can be updated in real time.
Lubrication Path Module – allows users to navigate a planned service route from device to device, by node, crew, location, or task type.
Oil Sample Registration Module – quick registration of samples for laboratory testing. Samples can be assigned to specific machines and components.
Diagnostic Report Module – immediate access to oil and diagnostic analysis results. Reports include oil condition, contamination, component wear, and service recommendations. AI supports the interpretation of results and recommends corrective actions.
Laboratory Test Cart Module – enables quick and convenient ordering of oil sample tests directly from the app. The system automatically populates sample and machine data.
AI Assistant Module – the Oil Service Assistant supports oil condition analysis and change planning, while the Lubrication Service Assistant assists with lubricant selection, route planning, and maintenance planning. Both assistants learn from historical data, continuously improving their recommendations.
