About this app
Through its services, Edwige offers improved mobility and greater safety on the Walloon road network.
In particular, this includes a call function, which replaced emergency call points in the event of a breakdown: in just a few clicks, the user can contact the road-traffic-management centre. Written communication with the operator is also possible in any language (automatic two-way translation system). Edwige geographically locates the user to facilitate emergency intervention. It also makes it possible to report a phantom driver or any other concern (blockage, vehicle on fire, presence of an animal, etc.) to the traffic-management centre.

Disappointing features not user-friendly. Cartes 'not available', EU motorway system not used (eg E40), buttons need to be tapped twice, Contact 'not available in your area' (Bxl), etc. This app is not yet ready for release.

Bonjour, le problème lié aux cartes sera réglé prochainement. Rencontrez-vous toujours le problème avec l'activation des boutons ? Si vous l'appli vous indique qu'elle n'est pas disponible dans votre région, cela signifie que vous ne circulez pas sur une autoroute ou une nationale wallonne.

Je trouve cette application bien développée, utile et facile. Bien-sûr, dommage que ça ne concerne que les grands axes wallons, mais l'App sait automatiquement si l'on se trouve sur un axe couvert ou non par ses services et, si non, redirige automatiquement vers le 112. C'est parfait. Le service de localisation est vraiment pratique.

Encore des développeurs qui pensent mal. Je suis en anglais sur un téléphone belge, l'app ne propose pas de changer de langue et donc tout est en anglais. La région proposé par le numéro de téléphone est +33 ... Il devrait être +32 tout le temps. Et ce nom sans rapport avec l'utilité de l'App, pas facile de la retrouver en cas de pbm.

Bonjour, la possibilité de changer de langue dans les paramètres de l'application sera bientôt disponible. Le problème concernant le numéro de téléphone a été réglé.
