Saliena Support is the official reporting app for residents of Saliena.
Spotted a broken street light, a damaged bench, an overflowing bin or a pothole? Report it in under a minute and follow it through to completion.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Report an issue with photos or a short video
• Add a short description and your address so the team knows exactly where to go
• Track the status of every report you have submitted: submitted, in process, completed or declined
• Get a push notification the moment your report is completed
• Comment on your report to add details or answer questions from the estate team
• See the current readings from the Saliena weather station
• Use the app in English, Latvian or Russian
BUILT FOR RESIDENTS
• Drafts save automatically, so you never lose a half-written report
• Reports created without a signal are queued and sent as soon as you are back online
• Photos are compressed on your device, so reporting works well on a weak connection
• Duplicate detection warns you if a neighbour has already reported the same thing
PRIVACY
Your reports are visible to you and to the Saliena estate management team. You can review your details and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
