Fleet-Eye Mobile was developed to provide easy support for your employees in personnel and fleet management, but also for drivers in their daily administrative work.
The intelligent integration of NFC technology makes work processes even easier and the error rate is significantly reduced.
Fleet-Eye Mobile includes the following modules and functions:
• Messages: Messages can be communicated with the driver or with the whole group via the Fleet-Eye mobile app and the head office.
• Driver's license test: The driver is reminded to take the driver's license test within a selected period of time.
• Damage report: Damage can be recorded by the driver and explanatory images can be added.
• Inventory check: The equipment is checked by the driver for completeness, defects are documented and forwarded to the head office. Any damage can be documented directly via the app with a photo.
• Working time recording: The working time is recorded via the app and forwarded to the head office.
• Task management: Tasks can be assigned to the driver via the central office, which are clearly displayed in his personal Fleet-Eye mobile app.
• Sick call: Report sick via the app including adding pictures, such as e.g. B. Medical confirmation, sick note, etc. is possible.
• Vacation request: The driver can request vacation via the app at the head office. The status of the application is updated and displayed in color after the change.
• Documents: The app provides the driver with special drivers and vehicle documents.
