Flowstaff is an app for event staff. Everything you need, from registration to payment, is in one place: jobs, applications, contracts, invoices, and documents.
The platform was created for students aged 16-26 who want to work at events conveniently and without stress.
EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
Apply for jobs, sign contracts, and view your work history in the Flowstaff app. No more lost messages, printing documents, or searching for information in multiple places.
JOBS TAILORED TO YOU
Browse available jobs with filters: location, date, rate, and event type. You only choose those offers that truly match your availability and preferences.
ONE-CLICK APPLICATION
Interested in a job? Choose a slot, check the terms, and submit your application without calling, writing, or sending your CV. You can check the status of your application in real time.
ONLINE, PAPERLESS CONTRACTS
After your application is accepted, you sign the contract online. Quickly, legally, and without printing or scanning. Download signed contracts as PDFs.
BILLS, PIT-11 AND PAYMENTS
In the Finance section, you'll find bills for completed assignments and tax documents, including the PIT-11. Payment is transferred to your account according to the agreement, within 14 days of the assignment's completion.
PROFILE AND PREFERENCES
Complete your details, photos, description, availability, preferred provinces, and a short voicemail. This allows Flowstaff coordinators to better match you with event, promotional, animation, and trade show assignments.
CONTACT THE COORDINATOR
You have access to the coordinator and key information about the assignment in the app. If anything requires clarification, Flowstaff is always readily available.
SECURITY AND CONTROL
The app uses secure login and encrypted server connections. You can manage notifications and consents in Settings, and if necessary, you can permanently delete your account.

The app is for individuals working with Flowstaff as event staff. Recruiter and B2B client accounts are managed through a separate web panel.
