Take your games beyond the living room. XBPlayer is an independent client for Xbox Remote Play and Xbox Cloud Gaming (xCloud), built for Android phones, tablets and Android TV.
Play from your console
Stream supported games installed on your Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. Keep playing when the TV is busy, connect over your home network, or play away from home when your console and network are set up for remote access. Switch between your consoles and Microsoft accounts in one app.
Explore cloud gaming
Browse, search and filter the cloud library, then launch games available to your account. No console is needed for cloud gaming. Game availability depends on your account, subscription, region and the service.
Make the controls your own
Use the on-screen gamepad on your phone or tablet, or connect a compatible physical controller. Move and resize touch controls, save your layouts and remap controller buttons without leaving your stream. Use a compatible gamepad to play on Android TV.
Fine-tune your game streaming
Choose video quality, including 1080p where supported, and adjust the bitrate to suit your connection. View live stream statistics, including FPS, bitrate and connection details. Guided network checks help you set up remote play away from home. Actual quality and responsiveness depend on your device, network, console and cloud service.
Free mode and optional Premium
All streaming features are available in free mode. Start with a 60-minute play-time balance and add 30 minutes for each optional rewarded ad you complete. Saved time does not expire.
Your balance decreases only while you are actively streaming. Reaching zero never ends your current session: add more time before starting the next one, or upgrade to Premium. XBPlayer does not show ads during gameplay.
Premium is a one-time purchase that removes XBPlayer's ads and play-time balance requirement. It is not a subscription and does not include games, Game Pass or cloud-service access. Any limits imposed by the streaming service still apply.
What you need
A Microsoft account and a stable, high-speed network connection are required. Remote play requires your own supported console with remote features enabled and games you can access. Cloud gaming requires availability in your region and may require an eligible Xbox Game Pass subscription or other game access. Games and subscriptions are sold separately. Mobile data charges may apply.
