Regularly checking the driver's licenses of company car drivers is one of the most important responsibilities of a vehicle owner. The legal basis is Section 21 of the German Road Traffic Act (StVG). To ease the burden on fleet managers, the ICS Driver's License Check solution handles the electronic and automatic capture of identification documents.
ICS Driver's License Check consists of a cloud web portal for centrally managing driver and driver's licenses, a mobile end-user app, and an optional stationary check box for company locations.
Companies with fleets can thus automate the previously very time-consuming, manual driver's license check, thereby achieving significant time savings in administration.
