I've installed the app after finding info about amazing cashback options. So, I wanted to evaluate them. After I entered my personal data, verified with SmartID, I arrived to the ordering a card screen. Each card has a monthly payment, which is not optimal for me, because I already have plenty of those. So, now I am stuck at this screen. I can not remove my account, because my only choice is to order a card, after which, I expect, I can open the menu for deleting the account.

Pretty design and seamless onboarding until you reach card selection and credit scoring. First the app will tell you to hold on and that their support will contact you soon. Good luck, nobody will call you! When you cancel your application and apply again, (if you're still patient with them or desperate) you'll suddenly get approved within seconds. Magic!
